Consultations are quick and can be done online or on the phone with absolutely no obligation.

If you are ready, so am I! The next steps would be to complete your first payment and set yourself up for subscription billing.

Payment can be made with credit card or debit, but you must be set up for subscription billing to complete your coaching membership. 

If you wish to pay with electronic bank transfer, we ask that your first and last month’s payment.

All pricing includes CAD Government sales tax of 5%.

YOU HAVE VARIOUS COACHING OPTIONS WITH THE OPTION TO COMMIT TO MONTHLY PAYMENTS OR PAY UP FRONT (COMING SOON)

JKFIT SQUAD which includes training and nutrition with less frequent assessments for our long term clients and off season competitors.

Complete Coaching for new clients which includes training and nutrition with more frequent assessments.

Nutrition ONLY coaching which includes cardio and bi weekly assessments.

Online Trainer which is training and cardio ONLY program.

Competition Prep Coaching for in season coaching. Off season clients can choose Basic or Complete coaching but it is always recommended that we work with you year-round.

Competitors paying for off season coaching MUST switch their membership to Competition Prep Coaching at the start of their prep (typically 16-24 weeks out).

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

 

To ensure that we are both on the same page, I have created an overview of the terms and conditions of the coaching relationship, and my expectations of you.

To start off, the best coaching relationship is one with mutual trust and respect.

I am here to help you, but you must assist me in ‘helping yourself’ otherwise we are at an impasse and going nowhere.

Too often people are looking for a nutritional and training babysitter as opposed to a coach.

  • It is not my job to chase you down or force you to CHECK IN. You must be an active participant in this journey for it to work!

  • If you are uncomfortable with submitting photos than online coaching may not be the right platform for you.

  • You will be added to our private Facebook group for ongoing education, discussion, and support. Please respect the rules of the FB group and stay engaged and respect the group’s privacy policy. You will find the rules pinned and I request that you read the rules and ‘like’ the post as well comment that you ‘agree’ to the rules.

  • When your membership is complete you will be removed from the private group.

  • There are no such thing as dumb or bad questions. All questions are relative and if you are struggling in your programming, it is up to you to discuss and share your struggles with me. I’m not a mind reader, so what you don’t’ tell me, I will not know because the best coaching relationships are ones that are transparent and honest. It is that simple.

  • I ask that all materials supplied to you (ex. programs, nutrition outlines, etc.) are kept confidential and are not copied or reproduced for friends, family, or for business. If you want to share your macro nutrient totals or training split information, that is OK, but specific forwarding or copying of your program(s) or our templates/forms is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this will result in immediate removal from the coaching relationship and breaches the client contract.

  • The point of coaching is to guide you through the imperfections not just celebrate the wins! That means checking in even if you don’t really feel worthy of it!

  • Program changes will be based on your feedback information and are not done monthly ‘just because’. It is vital that you supply as much information as possible, so that I can provide the best possible service for you

  • Be prepared for feedback you might not always want to hear but NEED to hear. My role is to guide you, not enable you☺

 

 

COMPETITION PREP CLIENTS

You will be expected submit check ins twice per week while in contest prep and I will not hunt you down for it! This will include posing videos and physique assessments.

  • Expect to be uncomfortable and for feedback that may challenge your mental tenacity. We have a job to do and that is be prepared to compete at our best. That said, I am not interested in enabling the mindset of ‘anything to win’ and if you are a competitor looking for a coach to kill you to get to stage, we best part ways now.

  • I do not encourage the suffering mindset and I ask that you do not support this in any online format as a part of the JKFIT competitive team. Please represent yourself professionally in all ways.

  • In your peak week you will be checking in frequently so please expect that.

  • I will be laying out all the info for you, so you don’t need to over think or worry. Please ensure you ask appropriate questions but note that I will not enable obsessive thinking.

  • Shannyn is our official posing coach and is available for sessions though Skype or in person once per week IN SEASON.

  • Please ensure that you are on time and if you must cancel an appointment that you do so within 24 hours.

  • If you are someone that opens yourself up to multiple opinions you will make my job much harder than it needs to be, and your mindset will be opposite of going with the flow. I realize that people ask questions and you may love to hear opinions but too many cooks in the kitchen creates a problem.

  • Do not panic if I do not change anything, no change is GOOD change.

 

DISCLOSURE

  • It is assumed that you are physically ready and able to perform the duties of your training and/or nutrition program.

  • All information disclosed in your application form is kept strictly confidential and is applied to your programming.

  • Failure to disclose information regarding your health in your current state either physically or mentally may result in the suspension of the coaching membership.

  • There is a minimum three month commitment to ALL coaching packages.

  • If you wish to cancel coaching you must cancel within 1 month of your next scheduled payment (it is best to give notice on the day of your desired last payment once you have completed your initial three month contract).

  • Returning clients must purchase coaching at the current rates.
